Senior right-handed ace Trent Howard pitched five scorless innings and struck out 13 Gavit batters to lead Hammond Clark to a 10-0, five inning victory (Howard no-hit Gavit earlier this season). Both Michah Rooke (pictured right) and Jon Carpen hit two-ruin homers for Clark. Rooke finished the game 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBIs. Clark will face the winner of Wednesday's Gary Wallace/Gary Roosevelt matchup.
